Phnom Kulen

After visiting the PLF, we headed up to Phnom(Mount) Kulen to visit the holy waters. It is a sacred place for Hindus especially, as they believe in lingas and there is a river with one thousand lingas carved in the rocks. For Bhuddist, there is a lying Buddha craned out of one piece of sandstone up on the mountain as well. All of these carvings just amaze me!

Afterwards we went and had a swim at the Kulen waterfall and ate lunch along the river, Cambodian style:)

This was the perfect ending to our Cambodian adventure. Our tour guide was more like a friend and thoroughly enjoyed all the information we received. It was definitely an educational experience.
